Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and including a copy of your packing slip inside the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
